Yigit and I were running along the Trans Canada Highway today (that part of th trail was absorbed by highway expansion) and we hear a horn blow. A car pulls over and out pops Barb Wiseman...a friend and colleague of mine. What timing as in another few km we were back on the trail and deep in the woods. Was a great boost for the spirit...thanks Barb!
