Natalie has been the team therapist with over 25 teams in many sports, including five National champions. She is a recognized therapist with the Atlantic Sport Centre for treatment of National athletes and has assisted with the National Rowing team in Europe, World Jr. Hockey, World BMX, CIS National championships (Basketball, Hockey, Soccer, Field Hockey, Rugby) and Canada Games. Angela Dufour (sports nutritionist)

Angela is one of a select group that have graduated from the
International Olympic Committee’s Graduate Sports Nutrition Diploma. Angela is able to take advantage of new research and technologies to ensure that information provided to her clients is current, comprehensive, authoritative and accessible. Angela was chosen as an integral team member of Compass Group Canada’s lead food service management team serving meals to the Canadian Men’s and Women’s Olympic hockey teams in Vancouver 2010. She has been appointed as the lead sports dietitian ensuring the meals Compass provides meet the heavy nutritional demands for our Canadian hockey players. Isaac Smith (CrossFit Level 1 Coach) Isaac found his love for training and fitness at a local paddling club called Cheema Aquatic Club in Waverly, Nova Scotia. After having a career that lasted nearly a decade included National and International Titles he found the Strength and Conditioning program known as CrossFit and immediately took a fondness to how amazing it is. He currently trains everyone from High School Athletes to 70 year old women helping them realize how much potential the human has.
