End of Another Day

Well folks its the end of another day. After a wet, chilly, foggy start we managed to get in a 57k day. It was actually a very 'comfortable' day of running...no significant climbs and about 60% of the terrain felt good on the feet. That's really what has taken the most punishment...my feet. The last 5-10k always seems to be the toughest. It doesn't seem to matter what the daily mileage is...the last stretch is the toughest. I guess that means it is all mental?! :-)

    Glad the day turned more favorable. Those poor feet---rest well tonight. I am so excited now, awaiting to hear the arrival time(still can't believe this is actually happening ) God Bless, Momma
