Day 11 - Complete

Well I passed through Gander today and finished in a town called Benton. Boy oh Boy she got warm today. I almost melted in last 12k...especially since I couldn't find a lake to jump in to cool off.
The plan is to get to Alexander Bay tomorrow.
Thanks Yigit for your kind words and support...I felt it. And as you know it is the support that pushes me forward.

  1. HOT! It was freaking super hot here today... so hoping you didn't have that heat. Greg just finished playing 3 rugby games and it was 29 without humidity here today. He is in the epsom salt bath right now!! ha ha

Wishing you a lake, a bath or at the very least a super delicious meal amongst your team tonight!

Push, Power, Speed, Energy... 1, 2 ,3, 4 (This was my endurance race mantra... should you need to borrow it)
