Well today was our longest run before Yigit and I do the Pineland Farms 50 mile and Shannah and Mary do the 50 km trail ulra on May 29th in Maine. It was an amzing day...filled with perhaps some doubt but in the end...well I won't spoil the video. :-)
As Yigit and I discussed during our run...when we both moved into our neighborhood 4 years ago, neither one of us imagined that this would be possible. We are no different then you....start somewhere, chat with people about your goals, ask for help and you too will accomplish what you once thought impossible.
